The Annual Board Meeting for the Mesilla Valley Balloon Rally was held on Thursday, April 16, 2009 in the Board Room at the Branigan Library
The Annual Meeting is held in accordance with the MVBR, Inc. By-Laws for the purpose of election of Board Members for a 2010 rally, and for transaction of any rally business.
After much consideration, it has been decided, effective Oct 19, 2009, that there will not be a Mesilla Valley Balloon Rally in January 2010. We remain hopeful that the rally can be resurrected in some form in future years.
