The Annual Board Meeting for the Mesilla Valley Balloon Rally will be held on Thursday, April 16th in the Board Room at the Branigan Library at 6:30 p.m.

The Branigan Library is located at 200 E Picacho Avenue in Las Cruces

The Annual Meeting is held in accordance with the MVBR, Inc. By-Laws for the purpose of election of Board Members for a 2010 rally, and for transaction of any rally business.

The primary discussion at the rally will be the future of the MVBR given the current economic situation and the availability of working and willing committee members toward the organization and production of the rally

You do not need to be a Board Member to attend. If you are interested in participating on the Board or Committee for the MVBR, please email phavstad@nmsu.edu , and/or attend the meeting on April 16

The 17th Annual Mesilla Valley Balloon Rally was canceled due to lack of funds and committee participation. The local hot air balloon club hosted a fly-in on the weekend that the rally was planned to occur, January 17, 18 2009. Approximately 20 hot air balloons participated in this fly in.
