It is located at 1765 South Main, in Las Cruces, New Mexico, 88005, 575-524-8591. This location has limited rooms available, so a partnering hotel has been contracted.

 The partnering hotel for MVBR Pilots and Crew is the La Quinta located at 790 Avenida de Mesilla, Las Cruces, New Mexico, 88005

When making a reservation, please state if the room is for a PILOT or for CREW for the Mesilla Valley Balloon Rally. A credit card number will be requested in all cases for the purpose of securing the reservations.

The special rate for MVBR Crew is $56.00 per night plus taxes. Must be able to verify that you are a Pilot or Crew for the 2008 MVBR to receive special rates.
